About Rob

Rob Johnston founded Johnston Pacific Commercial Real Estate Inc. in 1991 to provide superior service, solutions and results to business owners and commercial real estate investors conducting business in South Orange County. During the past 28 years Rob’s most notable achievements are:

• Assisted over 400 business owners acquire their own buildings
• Successfully represented approx. 300 investors either acquire or sell leased investment properties
• Represented approx. 1,200 business lease facilities to help their business grow
• Developed 22 new buildings on acquired land Rob’s achievements have produced hundreds of happy and prosperous clients.

In addition to his business activities at Johnston Pacific, Rob owns a portfolio of industrial properties and is the former president of the Talega Business Park Association. His first book on “How Business Owners or Investors can create a Fortune owning Commercial Real Estate” will be published in the Summer of 2019. Rob is a native of Nashua, New Hampshire, and attended the University of Maryland. He remains active with local charities and is a current resident of San Clemente, California.
